Step 4 – Onboarding
We can take you through the entire system, every feature. We can customise as we go or provide you with documentation on how to manage your new EFS club system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be IT savvy?
One of the best features of our entire EFS Managed Club is that it is built for those who do not have any experience in setting up or using systems like this before. We will escort you as much or as little as you want through your journey.
Do we get all the features of EFS?
That’s up to you. Our pricing model isn’t based on software features, it is based on club needs. You have full control on the features you do and don’t want to see.
Will our coaches and managers have access?
Coaches and managers have access to their own portal in your club where they can provide player reviews, communicate and manage their teams within the guidelines and permissions that you have set.
Can you import our existing data?
We can import your data for all external systems or spreadsheets. Tell us what systems you currently use and we can let you know what is required to import the data. If you can export it from another system, we can import it into our EFS Managed Club solution.
Can we cancel later?
Of course. We have a minimum commitment of 12 months but if you decide that EFS is not right for your club then you can cancel your membership.
Do we need our own domain?
We are very flexible. We can provide you with a free clubname.equippedforsport.com, we can set you up with your own clubname.com, or you can bring your own domain and we can help you configure it.
