Qualifications on the person
WWCC, coaching badges, first aid and club courses sit on the People & Teams record. Other modules can trust the same status.
Requirements by role
Define what a coach, manager, canteen volunteer or committee role must hold. Requirements drive reminders instead of memory.
Course catalogue
Publish internal and external courses the club uses: name, provider, duration and whether it satisfies a requirement.
Opportunities and sessions
Advertise upcoming sessions, take enrolments and mark attendance so “we ran a course” leaves a club record.
