I cannot sign in
Fast checks for expired invitations, wrong email addresses and missing access after login.
Updated 26 May 2026
Overview
Most sign-in problems are not a broken system. They are usually the wrong email, an expired invitation, or a role that does not include the page you expected.
Before you start
- Have the email address the club invited.
- Check junk or spam for the invitation.
- Avoid using a shared committee inbox password if you have a personal invite.
Steps
- Confirm you are on your club’s Club OS sign-in page.
- Enter the invited email address, not a personal alias.
- Use Forgot password if the password is unknown.
- Open the newest invitation email if the first one has expired.
- Ask an administrator to check your user record if you can sign in but cannot see a page.
What happens next
Once the account is active, use one login per person. That keeps the club’s activity history accurate and makes handover safer when a volunteer leaves.
Tip: If three people share one password, access reviews become impossible. Invite each person separately.
