Getting Started

Set up your club profile

Add the basic club details that appear across your Club OS workspace and help keep communication consistent.

Overview

Your club profile stores the basic information that identifies your club inside Club OS. This usually includes your club name, primary contact details, location, sport, season information, branding and default communication details.

Keeping this page accurate helps the system show the right information across documents, emails, forms, dashboards and future workflows.

Before you start

  • Have your official club name ready.
  • Prepare a clear club logo if branding is available.
  • Confirm the best public contact email for the club.
  • Check the correct timezone and country settings for your club.

Steps

  1. Open Settings from the main Club OS menu.
  2. Select Club Profile or the equivalent profile area.
  3. Enter the club name and contact details.
  4. Upload or choose the club logo if the field is available.
  5. Review the sport, country, timezone and season details.
  6. Save the changes.
  7. Refresh the page and check that the updated details appear correctly.

Use the official club name rather than a short nickname unless the field specifically asks for a display name. Choose a contact email that multiple authorised committee members can access, rather than a personal email that may change when volunteers leave.

For logos, use a clean image with enough space around it. A transparent background usually looks best across dashboards, emails and printable documents.

What happens next

Once the profile is saved, Club OS can use these details throughout the system. This makes communication and administration feel more consistent for members, parents, players, volunteers and sponsors.

Tip: Review the club profile at the start of each season, especially contact details and season settings.
